The company « TSOURANI SABRINA Haute Couture» makes every effort every day to serve the company’s customers as effectively as possible. Creating this particular e-shop marks the beginning of an advanced form of communication between the company and our customers. The e-shop that is being created is addressed to all internet users who wish to receive immediate information on the products offered by our company in combination with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, following a remote online order, always under the subject to the adequacy of the company’s reserves.

ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

The consumer through the website is informed by the company before the completion of his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the transport costs, the method of payment, delivery, the validity period and the price of the possible offer and the right of recall

- Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can inform us if you wish, under these conditions conditions, the completion of your order. Tsourani Sabrina Haute Couture accepts no responsibility for any situation beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.
- Modification of the present terms: www.tsourani.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.

PRODUCT RETURNS – FREE
You have the right to return the product you received within two (2) calendar days free of charge and request its replacement with another size or another product. For item returns inside Greece, you are not burdened transport costs, as long as you use the transport company we will indicate to you.
Order Cancellation – Recall rights
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

- After receiving the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within two (2) calendar days from the day of receiving the product.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in the excellent condition received, without damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.
If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund, your money will be refunded in full, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order by deposit in your personal account, upon our notification by you.
